Birch Aquarium in La Jolla

The Birch Aquarium in La Jolla closed its popular kelp forest for a month to give workers time to repair cracks in the 70,000 gallon tank.

US Grant Hotel (Historical)

The US Grant Hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and was built by President Ulysses S. Grant’s son in 1910. Hamilton Pacific Inc. was called upon to refurbish the exterior of the building which had suffered extensively from the 7.2 Mexicali earthquake of April, 2010. Through the use of high-tech epoxy injection and innovative state of the art materials, Hamilton Pacific Inc. was able to restore the US Grant to its former glory as the place to be seen Downtown.

Sea World Dolphin Tank

When the special Sea World facility known as the dolphin rescue tank was in need of emergency repairs, Hamilton Pacific Inc. came to the rescue. Hamilton Pacific Inc. has upgraded the exterior, as well as the kitchen and service areas of the hotel while maintaining the classic look and feel of the original architecture using state of the art materials with a dedication to the landmark status of the structure.

La Perla & La Playa Towers

As a major participant in a large restoration and maintenance program at the La Perla & La Playa Towers, Hamilton Pacific Inc. has helped restore the building’s exteriors. Concrete repairs have replaced defective, damaged, or deteriorated material; restoration of structural function; protection of the underlying concrete from aggressive environments; and restoration of any lost performance requirements just to name a few of the many repairs completed here.
